We will be in touch soon – our sales representatives Maria or Joonas will contact you within a couple of business days to go through the details of your reservation and the next steps.
Reserving an apartment at Alvea is easy and secure. This is an RS project, which means all stages proceed under supervision with the buyer's protection in mind.
When you make a reservation on our website, it is a preliminary reservation. The reservation becomes official once we have signed a reservation agreement together and you have paid the reservation fee of €1,000. We will contact you shortly after your reservation – please keep an eye on your phone or email, as the preliminary reservation will be automatically released if we are unable to reach you within two business days.

When a development is in pre-marketing, we accept reservations for apartments. The reservation fee is €1,000. A written reservation agreement is made, which is valid for approximately one month, until the RS documents are ready. The reservation fee is part of the purchase price. We will refund the reservation fee if the buyer needs to cancel the reservation.
In the sales phase, we have received RS readiness for the development and can sign purchase agreements. At this stage, we no longer make reservation agreements but aim to proceed directly to signing purchase agreements.
The sale price is paid in stages during construction. The sale price does not include the housing company loan.
The debt-free price is the sale price plus the apartment's share of the housing company loan combined, i.e. the total price of the apartment.
The loan share is the apartment's portion of the loan taken by the housing company. The housing company loan can be paid in full when the apartment is completed, or paid off monthly as a capital charge. capital charge. Typically, only interest is paid on the housing company loan for 1–2 years, after which loan repayments also begin.
Check the exact pricing details and housing company loan information in the apartment details or development brochure.
Owned plot: The housing company owns the plot outright and there is no ground rent.
Optional leasehold plot: The shareholder can purchase their share of the plot (ground rent is eliminated) or remain as a tenant (monthly ground rent cost). The plot share can usually be purchased annually.
Leasehold plot: The housing company does not own the plot but leases it, in which case a monthly ground rent charge is paid.

For small-house developments, construction typically takes about a year.
In some cases, you can visit our completed homes. However, apartment sales are usually made before construction begins or in the early stages of construction, in which case you can visit the plot and the development while construction is still underway. Detailed information about the development and individual apartments can be found in the development's marketing and sales materials.
The sale price of the apartment is paid in stages during construction, according to the construction site's completion level. There are usually 9 instalments. The sale price paid in stages is the same as the sale price stated in the development details. After the development is completed, the housing company loan share is paid off either in full or monthly as a capital charge.
